This Liege waffle mix - 500kg is used to bake the original Belgian pearl sugar waffles, the closest alternative to the frozen Liege dough.

The ready-to-use waffle mix INCLUDING THE BELGIAN PARTICULARS is easy to prepare by adding water and some vegetable oil or butter to the mix. After 2 minutes of mixing, you are ready to bake.
