Chocuise souplesse caramel RSPO MB/ UTZ 3 kg

Chocuise Souplesse is a flexible coating used to decorate and/or cover pastry, bread and piecework. It is applied when a product is processed through the freezer or refrigerator. Souplesse does not harden completely. It remains flexible, so it does not snap off the product. After thawing the product, no condensation forms on the coating.

Suggested use:
Melt up at a temperature of ±50°C. Depending on the desired layer thickness, process at a temperature of 25-35°C. Refrigerate the product after coating/decorating.
