American Pancake Mix - 40kg

Backer's baking mixes have been developed and perfected into delicious authentic mixes. The American Pancake is a variation on the old-fashioned pancakes combined with crepes. With American Pancake mix - 40kg mix you make delicious airy, thick but light pancakes. Delicious for breakfast with fresh fruit, for dinner with syrup or for dessert with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Method of preparation:

Mix 1 kg American pancake mix with 1000g/ml water to a smooth batter and let it rest for a while. Flip the pancake when the top is dry.

Tip: To get nice round pancakes, you can pour the batter into a cake ring.

Ingredients:

Wheat flour, Fat powder (palm oil, whey powder(milk), milk protein ), Sugar, Whole milk powder,

Egg powder, Emulsifier (E450), Raising agent (E500ii), Salt, Vanillin.

Advice for storage:

Dark and dry at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.

With 1 kg you can bake +/- 35 pancakes.
